Good horsemanship begins on the ground. These practical, one-on-one sessions are designed for horse owners who want to become more confident & capable in the everyday care and management of their own horse.

One-on-one, approximately 45–60 minutes, at the client's horse.

Grooming, hoof picking, & basic presentation
Safe haltering, leading, & handling
Tacking & untacking fundamentals

Basic equipment organization & care

A Lesson Built Around Your Horse
Sessions are practical rather than classroom-based: we work with your horse, your equipment & your existing routine. The goal is to leave you more confident doing the things your horse relies on you for every day.

Pricing
$40–60 per session, depending on session length, travel and scope. The standard session is approximately 45–60 minutes.
Sessions take place at the client's horse. Travel outside the regular service area may incur an additional travel fee.

Horse Care & Stable Management Lessons are practical horsemanship and care sessions, not veterinary instruction or a substitute for professional veterinary or farrier care. Riding instruction under the Armour Equine & Animal Care name will be formally introduced as Jocelyn completes the applicable Horse Council BC certification pathway.
